Asia Filmfest in Berlin
In cooperation with the UCI Kinowelt group, we are proud to present a select program of ten festival films from November 13 to 15 in Berlin (Zoo Palast). More information at uci-kinowelt.de.

Missed a screening?
From November 9 to 11, you have the chance to visit repeat screenings of selected film highlights of the Asia Filmfest 2009. These are also open to accredited journalists and festival pass holders.

Asia Matinee - Film at an early hour
On Saturday, Oct 31, on Sunday, Nov 1, on Saturday, Nov 7, and on Sunday, Nov 8, at 11:00 am, our Asia Matinees will be expecting you at the Mathäser Filmpalast. In cooperation with the Japan Foundation in Cologne, we'll be presenting KIDS RETURN (Takeshi Kitano), KIKUJIROS SOMMER (Takeshi Kitano), ADRERNALIN DRIVE (Shinobu Yaguchi), and WATERBOYS (Shinobu Yaguchi). Single tickets: 5,50 Euro.

DVD booth at the Filmfest Lounge
From Oct 30 to Nov 1 and from Nov 6 to 8, Asia expert Dieter Köhler will welcome you at his large DVD booth offering many new releases, rarities, and gems from all over Asia.

Filmfest Lounge
At the Gloria Palast, the Filmfest Lounge offers culinary delights from Asia as well as sales booths with DVDs, books and other souvenirs.

Opening Party
On opening night (Thursday, October 29), following the opening film, the popular Asia Filmfest Opening Party will take place at a location yet to be disclosed. Where: Match Club, Neuhauser Str. 47, Munich.
